All customer services issues will be dealt with confidentially and in a prompt and timely fashion.

About our Service
Service is all important and we have an established reputation for a personal and caring approach, combined with a swift and efficient delivery service, which we regard as the key to our continued success. We select the finest quality produce. If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We are able to include your greetings message on your behalf.

Through years of training our dedicated staff have become specialists and we were available to offer personal serviceand advice about all our products.

Even during our busy Christmas period, we try to recruit the same experienced staff to ensure our quality is maintained. This ensures that we maintain our expertise in hamper production.

About Substitutions
While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value, if for any reason those stated are unavailable.

  Our prices include week day (Mon-Fri) delivery to the UK Mainland, but not the Highlands of Scotland. We do not deliver on Sundays or general public holidays.   You can cancel an order by telephoning +44 (0) 1759 307373 or +44 (0) 1759 302149 or emailing us at hampers@yorkgifthampers.com stating your order reference number. We will refund your credit/debit card within 2 working days.

A cooling-off-period gives you the right to cancel the contract within seven working days of receipt of goods. If we fail to include all the above information, the cancellation period is extended to three months.
